Women's Ski Week is also pleased to welcome renowned Keynote Speaker Rebecca Shambaugh, Author and CEO of Shambaugh Leadership Group this year! Ms. Shambaugh promises to deliver a compelling motivational presentation entitled, "Leading With Resilience - A Time For Reinvention".
In challenging times, resiliency is a key factor for success and navigating the significant shifts and changes in our environments. This new context leads to new opportunities and challenges for us all. Do you know how to leverage your resiliency as a leader? Rebecca Shambaugh President and CEO of SHAMBAUGH Leadership and Founder of Women in Leadership and Learning will lead a conversation on the importance of resilience and how to tap on resilience at an individual level while driving across your organization and institutions.
In this session, participants will assess their own resiliency and learn to build and leverage their resiliency as a critical skill. Rebecca will share specific strategies for leading being proactive and be their won champion of change. You will also learn about the 7 sticky floors and how you can get unstuck and tap on your greatest potential!
About Rebecca Shambaugh
Rebecca Shambaugh is President of SHAMBAUGH Leadership, a global leadership development organization that works with such organizations as IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, Marriott International, Intelsat, Bank of America, Cisco and Baxter, International. Rebecca founded Women in Leadership and Learning (WILL) over 15 years ago and pioneered one of the first leadership development programs for women. She is author of a bestselling book, It's Not A Glass Ceiling, It's Sticky Floor which is a practical guide for women to gain a deeper awareness of their core strengths as well as "sticky floors, (self limiting behaviors and assumptions.) that hold them back from reaching their fullest potential. The book, as well as Rebecca's workshops and webinars provide practical technique, tools and coaching for avoiding or getting unstuck and self empowering themselves and be their own champion of change. Rebecca is also writing a book that will be out this year on Leading With Resilience, McGraw Hill is the publisher.
Rebecca is also a dynamic and well known speaker who has spoken at major conferences across the globe to both women and cross gender audiences. Audiences range from 50 to 1500. She has been asked to speak on her organization's research and best practices for developing, advancing and retaining women in leadership as well as how to be resilient from and individual and organizational perspective in today's climate.
